Who can use OwnIt?
People aged 13 and over who are in Delaware at the time of their visit. OwnIt is not a primary care practice — we don't replace your regular doctor.
What do I need for a visit?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection, and a quiet, private place to talk. There's nothing to download.
Can you prescribe medication?
When it's appropriate for your care, your nurse practitioner can send a prescription electronically to the pharmacy you choose.
How much does a visit cost?
You'll see the cost of your visit in the app before you book. You can pay per visit, or choose a membership that includes visits.
Is my information private?
Yes. Video visits are private and never recorded, and your health information is kept in a secure medical record system.
What if it's an emergency?
Call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 any time.
